Journal of Sustainable Technologies and Materials (JST&M) is an international, cross-disciplinary, open access, peer-reviewed journal that publishes research findings and developments in the fields of:
Peer review process
Journal of Sustainable Technologies and Materials (JST&M) applies double-blind peer-review. Reviewer selection for each submitted article is decided by section editors, and reviewers who are experts in the area of the particular paper. Every submitted paper is read by section editor, at least, for an initial review. If the paper reaches minimum quality criteria, follows the scope and aims of the journal and fulfills editorial policies, it is sent to two reviewers for evaluation. The reviewers evaluate the paper according to the Review Guidelines set by editorial board members and return it to the section editors who inform the author of the reviewers' anonymous comments. After the double-blind peer review of a manuscript, the corresponding author receive an email in which s/he is informed of the status of the manuscript. The possible decisions include acceptance, acceptance with major or minor revisions, or rejection. Anonymity is strictly maintained.
Originality and plagiarism policy
By submitting their manuscript to JST&M, authors state that their work is original and that it has not been previously published. They also declare that data, findings and materials taken from other sources are properly documented and cited, that their work does not violate privacy rights and intellectual property rights, and that the data is true and not manipulated. Plagiarism, including duplicate publication of the author's own work, in whole or in part without proper citation is not tolerated.
